Striped Dress

I made this dress by sewing two different fabrics together for the skirt, then sewed it to one of my white shirts!

I added a bow to my boring white shirt!

random stuff

I added lace to my shirt...I made some purple felt rose earrings (the picture is really faded)
And I added some ruffle to the dress that I made myself a few weeks ago! That's it!

A scarf

I know this looks like a pile of fabric but it's actually a scarf that I made out of the fabric I used to make my sister-in-law a skirt. I had a lot left over and so I decided to make a scarf out of the extra fabric.

Cardigan...

I added some ruffles to the front of this cardigan, I saw a tutorial online, but it was a lot harder to make than I thought!!

2nd attempt...

So I just had to try the ruffles again with a regular shirt. This used to be long-sleeved, but I cut off the sleeves and made ruffles in the front with them. It turned out way better than the last shirt I tried this with!

A new shirt...

I decided to add something to my boring cream colored shirt, the only bummer is it's WAY cuter off than on! I'll have to try again on another shirt!I decided to make another rose out of tulle, I"m obsessed with Tulle and Felt, can you tell? :)

When my sister-in-law came to visit last week she bought some fabric for me to make a bubble skirt for her and I just now got around to it, now I just have to hope that it fits her! YIKES!!

A summer dress

I decided to make a long skirt and then I just sewed on one of my tank tops!

so I made this skirt and it didn't turn out at all how I'd planned, but I guess that's what practicing is for right?! I just wish that buying fabric wasn't so expensive!

earrings...

I decided to make some felt earrings! They were way harder to cut than the felt clips that's for sure!

roses and skirts...

I got material to make skirts for my girls but it was REALLY frustrating material so the skirts didn't really turn out how I wanted them too, but i guess that's why I can practice on skirts for my girls before i do any more for me right?

Bubble skirt

A birthday present and velcro!

My sister-in-law had a birthday and she wanted a belt and these are the colors she wanted!
I got so sick of buying new headbands so I bought 3 big black headbands and put velcro on it, then put velcro on the back of all of the flowers I've made for the girls so that they could pick which flower they wanted each day just using the same headband.

A new dress...

So this is my first time trying to make a dress like this and it was REALLY annoying to make! I had an old dress from my mom and I cut the waist of it to make a skirt, then I sewed the skirt and one of my shirts to an elastic band and added a flower on my shirt! Seems pretty easy right? NOPE, it was actually really hard and took me forever! Hopefully it won't take me as long if I try it again!!
