So this is my first time trying to make a dress like this and it was REALLY annoying to make! I had an old dress from my mom and I cut the waist of it to make a skirt, then I sewed the skirt and one of my shirts to an elastic band and added a flower on my shirt! Seems pretty easy right? NOPE, it was actually really hard and took me forever! Hopefully it won't take me as long if I try it again!!
